Position Summary

The Bar & FOH team play an essential role in ensuring we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. On a daily basis, the Bar & FOH Staff will work as a team to ensure that our overall customer service is executed at the highest level. Some of our positions are performed ‘in world,’ ensuring that our guests are completely immersed in the story that is created from the moment they step foot through the door.

Scope & Responsibilities

Working within the Bar & FOH department you will be responsible for performing a variety of roles, whilst ensuring that our service is smooth, efficient and memorable. Bar responsibilities include; opening/closing the bar, cleaning, mixing cocktails & drinks and waiting tables. The role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude. This role will also support the FOH team where required. Good availability during weekends and evenings is essential as we operate Tuesday-Saturday.

Background & Experience

You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in bar environments and a passion for mixology, spirits and wines. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.

Desired Attributes

Minimum one years’ experience as a bartender.

Cocktail making experience.

A desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

Ability to assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

Experience keeping a bar organized, stocked and clean.

A positive attitude.

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Confident both working as part of a team and independently.

Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).

Conversational English.
