Property Inspector Responsibilities:

- Visiting residential properties to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections.
- Identifying safety hazards and structural defects on the interior and exterior of the properties.
- Providing clients with regular inspection progress updates.
- Relaying detailed inspection findings to clients in a timely manner.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records.
- Keeping updated on current and new regulations.
- Property inspections to be booked at times convenient to both the inspector and tenant which could include days, evenings or weekends.
- Paid per property on a self-employed basis.
- Full training given.

Property Inspector Requirements:

- Previous experience as a property inspector, or in a property related role.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to attend properties outside of business hours to perform property inspections.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
