Job Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous property Inspector to join our team in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through thorough examination and analysis.

Duties:

- Conduct detailed inspections of properties to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Ensure properties meet quality standards
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Void Property Team Leader to address any quality issues promptly
- Follow safety guidelines.

Skills:

- Proven experience in Security/Void Property

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
