Property Condition Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Property Condition Inspector to join our team at STR Group Limited, covering the Hampshire region on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in stock condition surveying, preferably in social housing, and excellent reporting and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections, documenting conditions in detail.
- Prioritize repairs or replacements based on inspection findings.
- Maintain accurate records within our asset management system.
- Provide clear reports and cost estimates for required improvements.
- E nsure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience in stock condition surveying, preferably in social housing.
- Familiarity with housing standards and compliance.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and travel to properties as needed.
- A relevant degree and/or 5 years of experience in construction-related fields.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience working in occupied properties.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, reflecting the high level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.
