You will report into our Block Management Director.

**Responsibilities of a **property inspector** **include**:

- Plan and carry out monthly property inspections promptly and as needed.
- Coordinate keys and onsite team awareness for hassle-free inspections.
- Complete detailed reports, with photos and descriptions, on our inspections app.
- Communicate delays and concerns promptly to ensure smooth inspections.
- Maintain friendly customer service and handling unexpected situations with ease.
