**About The Role**:
The Dorset Council Adults and Housing Directorate delivers adult social care, housing, and a range of community services to people of all ages living in Dorset within the context of the Dorset Council Plan.

The Council Plan is focused on making Dorset ‘A great place to live, work and visit’. This will be delivered through 5 priority outcome areas: Staying Safe and Well, Economic Growth, Unique Environment, Suitable Housing, and Strong and Healthy Communities. They will role model through their leadership the behaviours’ that are required for this transformation. The role will lead change to embed co production in practice and valuing the diversity and experience of the adult and their family to improve their outcomes.

It is expected that the post-holder will support the strategic development and implementation of specific workstreams within the transformation programme.
