An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Finance Administrator to join our team in Witham St Hughs, on a fixed term full-time basis.

Flexible working is available, with 3 days to be worked from the office to include a Tuesday and a Wednesday and two days from home.

**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Ensure that New Accounts and amendments are set up in accordance with the Customer Finance administration procedures
- Comply with company approval routes for new and amended entries in addition to all audit requirements
- Input data submitted ensuring a high standard of attention to detail is maintained
- Liaise directly with external /internal customers and product lines informing them of any changes when required to do so
- Extract data from relevant web sites
- Process data and update accounts accordingly
- Inform relevant people of any changes and ensure that commercial approvals are obtained in accordance with company policy
- Ensure data complies with GDPR regulations
- Support all business units within Frontier in a timely manner
- Offer a high standard of service to internal and external customers
- Administration cover for other teams in Customer Finance and Grain administration
