Market 36 Recruitment is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a permanent role.


The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing and facilitating quotes and orders from inception to completion, while also providing essential administrative assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing orders and quotations through the internal system
  • Ensuring effective communication with various departments
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly
  • Supporting the customer care team
  • Handling incoming inquiries
  • Coordinating with clients regarding order specifications and updates
  • Participating in internal meetings
  • Organizing order schedules
  • Collaborating with other internal teams
  • Responding to inbound calls and updating the CRM system as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proactive mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Clear and confident telephone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including costing and pricing, is a plus but not mandatory
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a full-time, on-site role with no hybrid working options available.


In return, our client provides a competitive salary along with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional day added for each year of service.
