We are seeking an Export Customs Administrator to join our dynamic logistics and freight forwarding team based in Witham. The Export Customs Administrator will be responsible for handling export customs declarations and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs procedures and applications and will be detail-oriented and organized.

Export Customs Administrator Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit export customs declarations in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with customs regulations
Utilize customs applications such as CDS, NCTS, NES, GVMS, and TSS to process export declarations
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for customs clearance
Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures
Resolve any customs-related issues or discrepancies in a proactive and efficient mannerExperience required

Proven experience as a Customs Clerk or in a similar role within the logistics industry
In-depth knowledge of export customs procedures and regulations
Familiarity with customs applications such as CDS, NCTS, NES, GVMS, and TSS
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
