Key Work Level Accountabilities:
To provide comprehensive secretarial, project and administrative support to the Legal Director, Investments and the Legal Director, Retail and Savings

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- General admin support
- Diary management
- Document management
- Business expense management
- Supporting the Legal Directors with the efficient management of the Investments Legal and Retail and Savings Legal teams
- Supporting the Legal Directors to produce reports and management information in respect of the legal teams
- Travel arrangements (as required)

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience of communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience of working under pressure, using own initiative and with mínimal supervision
- Experience of prioritising workload and an understanding of the business priorities;
- Experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
- Detailed knowledge of and high level of competence and confidence in using relevant IT software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fluid deadlines
- Strong time management and organisation skills.

Desirable Experience:

- Experience of working as a team assistant in a legal setting (in house or private practice)
