We have an exciting opportunity at an international Law firm for a Legal Support Assistant to support a centralised admin team which consists of 10 people. This role will be a fast paced and varied role; candidate must have at least 1-2 years’ experience working within a professional setting and have develop strong admin skills.

The role will focus on:

- Managing files

- Dealing with various stakeholders

- Document management

- Picking up tasks through Workflow

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience within a law firm or professional services
  • At least 1 years’ experience working in an admin role
  • Able to manage busy workload.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.

Part time Legal EA

Our client, an international law firm are looking for an EA to support a leading Partner initially on a 12 month FTC. This is a part time position for 4 days a week, with 1 day a week working from home. This role would suit a diligent and confident EA with experience supporting at a senior level.
