Looking to recruit a 2/3 year PQE Solicitor our client are a Financial Services business (Underwriters) in Central London with great benefits including an attractive bonus, private healthcare and shares.

Full Description:
As a member of the Legal Team, your role will involve providing legal assistance to all areas of the business, including to other members of the Legal Team.

Particular emphasis is given to advising all business areas, including senior management, underwriting teams and claims’ handlers.

This will involve advising senior management on new business opportunities, commercial contracts, company and corporate matters as well as reviewing and advising underwriters on policy wordings and product development and providing assistance to claims handlerswith claims’ queries and management of disputes.

Other areas of work will include assisting with corporate transactions, compliance, employment and tax issues, company secretarial duties and with the handling of customer complaints.

You will be expected to interact with and provide high quality, commercially minded, advice to senior management, Board members and company employees.

Excellent commercial awareness, ability to make prompt decisions and a proactive approach are absolutely necessary.
