We are searching for a Business Support Administrator to provide all aspects of administration support to our growing London division. Can you demonstrate strong IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure?

You’ll be:

- The main point of contact for the London regional team for any problems within the region whilst supporting Account Managers for processes / IT requirements
- Completing weekly & monthly reports within deadlines set in line with the business requirements
- Liaising with Account Managers for Recruitment needs advertising where necessary.
- Completing induction planners with new Account Managers to monitor their progress during their induction
- Understanding processes within the business in line with the Business Support Administrator Training Matrix
- Providing general admin support to key members of staff within the region
- Any other reasonable task as required

You’ll have:

- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Effective communicator with a good understanding and speaking of English.
- Effective and efficient time management of self and duties.
- Ability to record information accurately and pay attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
- A solution focused approach to problem solving and ability to manage own workload
