**Personal Assistant & Business Support Administrator**

SPID Theatre is looking for a committed Assistant & Business Support Administrator. This role will report to the Co-Creative Leader, Head of Youth and Community Programs. This role is based in Treverton Towers Centre (W10 6BG) until SPID's refurbishment is completed and SPID moves back to Kensal House W10 5BQ.

**Hours**

**Tue - 2.30-7pm**

**Wed - 1-6pm**

**Thu - 2.30-7.00pm**

**Sat - 9.30-5.30pm**

Please Note: The company may change hours including swapping some Saturdays for Mondays depending on the needs of workshops, outreach and events after consultation with the employee.

**Pay**

£14359.80 per annum 21hpw

(excluding 1 hour for lunch on days working over 5 hours)

**Deliverables**
- Assistant to Co-Creative Leader, Head of Youth and Community Programs_
- Helping to make the best use of the Co-Creative Leader’s time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks
- Supporting all aspects of the Co-Creative Leader’s work
- Ensuring neurodiverse accessibility for the Co-Creative Leader’s with support from the Community Project Coordinator
- Helping the Co-Creative Leader’s to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks
- Acting with discretion and confidentiality
- Arranging travel for staff to venues
- Taking meeting minutes and writing up dictations
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Carrying out research for projects
- Keeping the Co-Creative Leader’s updated on tasks and changes in the schedule
- Creating documents as required
- Business Support Administrator_
- Supporting planning and prep
- Scanning in feedback to file along with agreements and policies
- Admin support to programs
- Supporting Outreach manager in welcoming visitors
- Supporting Artistic Director with payments and logging in QuickBooks
- Making purchases and card payments
- Booking volunteers and training
- Supporting the Community Project Coordinator with interviews, inductions and responding to interviewees
- Supporting the Community Project Coordinator with setting up zooms, events and running workshops
- Supporting the technical needs of the office including managing the printer
- Supporting transporting equipment and materials with support from other staff
- Supporting Artistic Director with fundraising and income generation
- Supporting Community Project Coordinator in liaising with the council over management of the office
- Sourcing and purchasing materials such as stationery, snacks, and materials needed for shows, office and workshops - with cost efficiency

**Required Experience**
- Experience in administration(2 year minimum)
- Experience in PA work
- Experience in supporting neurodiverse accessibility
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, printers, excel, word and Gdrive
- Punctuality and reliability
- Fast and accurate worker
- Can do attitude and positive team spirit

**Desirable Qualities**
- The lived experience of artistic activism/ social housing/ North Kensington communities
- Available to start working by mid-March
