Project Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time **Project Administrator **to work for a very well-established and reputable company based in London.
You will be required to work 3 days a week in their offices, days and hours to be agreed.
The role is to provide professional support to the team and Directors whereby you will be carrying out daily admin tasks effectively and working diligently to ensure timeframes are met.
**Here is what a typical day might look like**:
Relationship building by maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Support with producing, formatting, and distributing project programme documentation, which may include minutes, reports, test certificates, presentations, and drawings
Potentially attend site progress meetings, and take meeting minutes
Managing project filing systems, including Procore and Sharepoint
Assist in the structure and updating of both hard and soft copy filing
Ensuring that all documentation is readily available and current
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet the requirements, and exceed client expectations
Engage with the process of continuous improvement and seek ways of increasing efficiency
Any other ad hoc admin request
The successful **Project Administrator**will have:
Excellent office admin experience - proven
Good working knowledge of written procedures and can learn new processes
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Effective time management and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a Construction environment desirable
