Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with an industry leading, forward thinking organisation in Swindon to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity that will be involvedwith projects to maximise profitability, cash flow and reduce costs, as well as be involved with the financial analysis of the business' performance and revenue. This role will be also play a key role in business partnering with senior leadership and contributeto strategic business decisions. The Financial Analyst position will be suitable for an CIMA/ACCA studier or QBE that is keen to business partner, broaden their FP&A experience and establish a long-term successful career. Salary is between £35,000 - £40,000plus study support, hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

**The Role**

The main duties of the Financial Analyst role will consist of:

- Preparation of the budgets and forecasts across a number of entities; gathering budget information, tracking the variances, establish key business drivers and development opportunities
- Communicate drivers for balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and improve cash flow
- Assist with variance analysis against plan and forecast
- Financial reporting
- Business partnering and collaborating with senior management

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Financial Analyst role, you must ideally have experience in the following skills/attributes:

- Must have FP&A or management accounting experience; exposure or contributing to budgeting and forecasting and P&L
- Ideally a CIMA/ACCA studier or QBE (qualified by experience)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Good team player
- Confident user of Excel; pivot tables, lookups
