As part of our Housing Management Contract, you’ll ensuring tenancies are sustainable for ForHousing customers, providing and coordinating support, assistance, and information which meets agreed vulnerability criteria.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinating and delivering intelligence-based tenancy support visits.
- Enabling our tenants to sustain their tenancy to encourage and facilitate their independence, quality of life, social opportunities, education, health, and wellbeing.
- Signposting tenants via referrals to social workers, tenancy support, and money advice with the aim to minimise debt and maximise income.
- Developing and maintaining a directory of services to support vulnerable tenants.
- Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to ensure support is in place prior to commencement tenancies.
- Maintaining effective records and support plans.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Great written and verbal communications skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- Ability to manage a case load.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
- Satisfactory DBS check.
