SGS UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Registration Assistant to join our team in Ellesmere Port. As a Sample Registration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth registration of samples received from customers into our laboratory system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register samples accurately and efficiently into the laboratory system, ensuring timely analysis and delivery of results.
  • Liaise with customer service to resolve sample queries and deviations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Create customer references and ensure accurate entry of customer equipment data.
  • Print customer asset labels and distribute sample information to relevant departments.
  • Process samples in accordance with customer requests, ensuring support is provided where needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume submission environment with tight deadlines.
  • Previous data entry/admin experience.
  • GCSE in Science, Mathematics, and English grades A to C or equivalent.
