An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well-established and expanding financial services organisation. The company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you will be supporting Financial Advisors, with excellent potential for career development as well as ongoing training.

Responsibilities include:

- Submitting new business documents
- Progressing cases to completion
- Updating systems with product information, including closing off plans
- Downloading notes and client records
- Updating clients in writing and sending out policy documents
- Updating Advisers on cases
- Completing compliance procedures for all cases
- Liaising with clients to organise medical appointments
- Handling incoming post and documentation, including updating systems
- Dealing with client change of details and payment queries
