Job Title: Accounting and Financial Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As an Accounting and Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in financial operations, including payroll management, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and processing payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and tax deductions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
* Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient payment of suppliers and vendors.
* Perform general bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, account balancing, and reconciliation.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a payroll or financial administration role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
