We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Finchley, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Lead month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations, maintaining a strong reputation for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving business decisions and growth.
- Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to work with data and drive insights.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
