**Job duties**:

- Managing documents including scanning and archiving
- Handling data entry
- Liaising with customers, handling queries and complaints
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Fleet admin tasks: managing personalised number plates, managing v5 documents
- Assisting colleagues when needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be immediately available
- Some admin experience
- Ideally experience in vehicle / fleet administration
- Strong IT and data skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
