We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Vulcan site based in Lutterworth.

This is a permanant role Monday - Friday with a salary of up to £27,000.

**Function**:

- To support the Assistant Financial Controller in the management of all financial processes related to the UK Operations

**Key tasks**
- Collation, review, and analysis of weekly operational data
- Production of weekly revenue reporting by client by site
- Production of weekly Management Accounts using the revenue reporting and costs reports to analyse weekly margins by site/client
- Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date, reconciling the P&L to the actual client revenue
- Preparation of accrual, and prepayment schedules
- Manage consumables and stock purchases and reconciliation, checking all client consumables are authorised by the client and has a correct PO
- Create customers direct charges invoices taking workings from the consumables report
- Preparation of monthly payroll journals
- Manage company credit cards ensuring all transaction have VAT receipt where applicable and the journals raised
- Preparation of utilities, MHE and Rent schedules to track spend/usage
- Reconciliation of temp labour from weekly management accounts to actual invoices
