Graduate Finance Administrator

**Contract: 12 months fixed term contract**
Graduate Finance Administrators Leap into the fast paced ecommerce world of Wayfair, supporting our premium delivery network in empowering our customers to love their home. Operating out of Magna Park, you will reinforce our Transport Operations strength, through agile day-to-day finance and administration assistance whilst expanding into tackling team challenges.
This 12 month fixed contract enables you, as our Graduate Finance Administrator, to learn on the job through effective training and real time exposure of our agile and energetic industry. **What You'll Do**:
Perform extensive data entry into various business systems; complete tickets, compile reports and conduct audits.- Conduct daily site checks and raise concerns to relevant teams (Cleaners, Maintenance, IT and Security).- Maintain Cost Reports & Internal Trackers.- You’ll be responsible for stock control of warehouse consumables and office supplies.- Create purchase orders, process invoices and liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.- Audit and validate carrier invoices in line with the contractual agreements.- Receive, Sort and Distribute Goods Ordered.- Maintain a close working relationship with all warehouse functions; provide support as directed.- Help prepare, organise and execute employee engagement events.- Provide general office support (file, create POs, manage mail, etc.).- Support facilities management (Security, visitors, cleaning, catering etc.).- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager.
**To be considered you will**:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or relevant field.- Be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.- Display excellent problem solving skills with strong planning and forward-thinking capabilities.- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, and provide a high attention to detail.- Be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (G-Mail, GoogleSheets, GoogleForms); ability to learn new systems quickly.- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organisation and build internal and external relationships.- Flexible and able to handle ad-hoc issues that may arise outside of core business.
