Operations Support Administrator

**Purpose of the role**
The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for aiding the efficient day to day running of all administration in relation to Government contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Action weekly rotas across the business.
- Support travel arrangement for business projects.
- Support with various reporting requirements that meets the need of the account.
- Maintain administration and filing across multiple sites.
- Collating and inputting data ensuring the highest of accuracy.
- Work with Finance operations to resolve invoicing queries and payment issues through thorough investigation.
- Identify and escalate any potential financial loss issue within the business
- Deputise for Operations Support Manager
**Experience/Skills Required**
**Essential**:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.
- Accountability to yourself and others
- Extremely organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well as part of a team whilst able to adhere to company deadlines.
- Problem-solving aptitude to address issues and find solutions collaboratively.
- Excellent Communication skills with a range of audiences across the organisation
- Ability to always promote Company values.
