**Payroll Administrator**

Minella Limited is a small but growing bookkeeping practice based in Bearsted, Kent.

We now have a very exciting opportunity and are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Manage Client’s weekly / monthly payroll systems. Liaising with clients to manage the onboarding of new starters to the payroll system, manage employee records, manage leavers, manage statutory payments and pension systems.

Work to deadlines to process the payroll for clients.

As the **Payroll Administrator**, you will assist with administering group personal pension, and perform payroll/pension reconciliation. The Payroll Administrator will perform manual calculations of net pay, tax, NI & statutory payments to provide projections to employees whilst creating payroll journals. Processing of P60s, P45s and P11ds. The Payroll Administrator will be required to mange pay and pension queries and to liaise with HMRC when required.

**Desirable Knowledge/Experience**

Experience working in practice

Bookkeeping / Payroll qualifications such as ICB or AAT

Xero experience

Sage experience

Staffology experience

End-to-end Payroll Processing

Umbrella Payroll Processing

Word and Excel experience

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
