We at Pure are supporting an established company who are currently going through a strong period of growth.
My clients are seeking a driven and proven Business Development Manager to help them to expand their client base and maintain key existing relationships.
The role will be 2 or 3 days a week office based and the rest will be remote and involve going to meet clients face to face.
Basic Salary: £35k - £40k per annum + Commission (monthly) OTE £45K - £55K
Benefits: Car allowance, flexible working after probation period, progression, pension
**Duties**:

- Key oversight and main point of contact for allocated client accounts
- Ability to generate new business, through sales plans & targets
- Conducting face to face business meeting together with focused calls to both existing and new clients
- To collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide excellent customer/client care to existing key accounts
- Develop a growth strategy both on financial gain and client satisfaction

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager or similar
- Proven business development/sales background
- Experience meeting clients face to face
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create long lasting relationships both externally & internally
