Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experience Business Development Manager for our client, an international Logistics company based in Chelmsford.
Your role as the Freight Business Development Manager will be to build and develop relationships with clients, communicate with leads, and negotiate / close opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with customers, suppliers, overseas partners and internal teams, so it goes without saying, having excellent communication skills is a good attribute for this role.
To be the successful Business Development Manager, you will need to have strong Business Development / Sales experience, good commercial sense and a background working in the Seafreight industry.
