An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement Specialist to join a well-known professional growing firm.
As Employee Engagement Specialist you will seek to create a holistic approach around engagement and wellbeing, enabling employees to have a voice and be their best at work. As an employee engagement specialist, you will work with key internal stakeholders tocreate a great work environment for everyone who works in the company.
Employee engagement plays a key role throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, from attraction, to onboarding, development, retention, and finally off boarding. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to consider how employer brand, cultureand values and engagement impact each of these stages and ensure a high level of trust, providing the best possible experience to future, current and past employees.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to
This position plays a key role in developing new initiatives, the processes/channels and the content that enable two-way communications across the business that support an informed and engaged workforce. The role is predominantly internal communications employeeengagement focused but there will also be occasional opportunity to play a role developing content to external stakeholders. You'll ensure a consistency of language in communications that fits the culture of the business and develop an engagement brand andbe able to plan the activities and initiatives for communications and engagement looking forward.
The role requires excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Being a highly collaborative team player who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.
Attributes/Skills Required:

- Strong understanding in the field of Employee Engagement
- Event management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track-record supporting the development and deployment of impactful, creative and progressive engagement campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of digital and social media to drive reach and impact
- Ability to identify and lead third parties, ensuring that the client gets the best out of their agency relationships
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Proven experience operating within agile, cross-functional teams
- Excellent relational, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and present coherent ideas with confidence and gravitas, creating engagement.
