**Salary:£30,000 - £35,000**

- Currently, there’s lots of exciting activity happening across Restore Digital, making it the perfect time for you to join our Team as a People Advisor and luckily, we have new opportunity in our Team A blended role of operational HR and delivery of HR strategy you will become a key point of contact for our business.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be working collaboratively with the Head of People and People Partner to support delivery of the People (HR) Strategy across Restore Digital.
- Your role as People Advisor will focus primarily on coaching key stakeholders through the entire life cycle of a range of Employee Relations cases, from absence and performance management to disciplinaries and grievances. You will be our People Manager’s first point of contact for all people matters, offering commercially focused advice whilst adhering to relevant employment legislation.
- There will be the opportunity for you to support with key project work that aims to drive and foster a high-performance culture whilst upskilling our People Leaders.**
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years’ experience within a HR advisory capacity
- Team player
- Proactive and initiative to drive change
- Ideally multi-site experience
