We are pleased to announce a Business and Administration apprenticeship role within our Long-Term Conditions and Covid Medication Delivery Unit based at Southgate Moorings in Gloucester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust working within the Long-Term Conditions and Covid Medication Delivery Team providing a range of administrative support functions essential to support the effective delivery of care to patients.

The successful applicant will receive induction and training appropriate to the activities he or she will undertake and following this induction period will be enrolled to the Level 3 Business and Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

**You will**:
Provide full and confidential administrative and secretarial support to service leads to enable safe and effective delivery of care to patients.
- Support as part of the administration team: patients and clinicians in the Long-Term Conditions and Covid Medication Team.
- Contribute to service continuity by adequate essential telephone cover (Monday - Friday, 08.30 -16.30hrs) for patient helpline
- Attend meetings and take formal notes at the request of the team.
- Order stationery and stock as appropriate.
- Ensures portable medical equipment is regularly serviced and an accurate service and maintenance record is maintained.
- Participates in the ordering of clinical medical supplies, staff uniform and stationery items using the SBS electronic system.
