Events Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Event Assistant to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Event Director, the Event Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth running of the events, from planning to logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Event Director in the planning and organizing of events
- Handle finance-related tasks, such as drafting budgets and managing expenses
- Coordinate and manage logistics for events, such as transportation, catering, and venue bookings
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure a successful event
- Ensure that all documents related to the events are accurately filed and stored
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Event Director
- Manage travel arrangements and bookings for the Event Director
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Requirements**:
- Experience in finance and financial management
- Event planning experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Highly detail-oriented and accurate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
