The CV Library is seeking a highly skilled SMSTS/CSCS Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labourers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to £180.00 per day. Benefits include casual dress, company events, company pension, free parking, life insurance, and on-site parking.

Requirements:
  • Supervising experience: 3 years (required)
  • Kitchen experience: Essential for bathroom and kitchen refurbishment projects
