Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Store Operations Apprentice to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event coordination, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Support the Process and Events Manager with company events and initiatives
  • Collate and provide feedback to stores on performance
  • Administer store operations, including sales reporting and stock management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to store teams

Requirements:

  • High levels of personal drive and adaptability
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Basic experience of MS Excel and Word
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
