**Part Time Tuesday - Friday**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join as a Business Support Administrator for a Children’s Social Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an administration background/experience or who is interested in progressing into an administrative role.

The hours for this role are 8:30am-5pm Tuesday - Friday.

You will be responsible for providing support to a range of services as part of a wider team. Including delivering admin support to Social Workers and families in North Somerset. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, and receive training on minute taking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing diaries and schedules
- Resolving any queries in a timely manner
- Taking accurate minutes of meetings (training given)
- Liaising with customers both internally and externally
- Handling finance-related tasks
- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks
- Updating of internal systems

**Requirements**:

- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
