**Position Overview**:
The Ministry Lead plays a pivotal role in stewarding the resources and guiding the ministry of Rediscover Church. Its primary goal is to pursue vision as stated above, in accordance with the values stated above, and the outcomes of this role would be that the church family are 1) priests in their home, 2) everyday disciples, and 3) engaged in community.

This role involves leading the ministry and operations teams, overseeing the Sunday teaching themes and rotas, providing input into church plants, and ensuring the effective management of multi-generational ministries, including children's, youth, and young adults. The Ministry Lead will also carry out pastoral responsibilities such as conducting weddings and funerals, building relationships with other churches in the region, and engaging with the social, educational, business, and political communities of Exeter and the surrounding area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the ministry and operations teams of Rediscover Church, including the leading and development of each ministry group: Childrens, Youth, Young Adults, Men, Women, Families, Worship, Prayer, Alpha, Kingdom Business and Sundays.
- Develop and implement Sunday teaching themes and rotas in alignment with the church's vision and values.
- Provide input and support to multiple church plants.
- Provide specific oversight of multi-generational ministries, including children's, youth, and young adults, with a view to grow this from Exeter, to the South West and resource across the UK
- Conduct weddings and funerals, offering pastoral care and support to families in times of need.
- Build and maintain relationships with other churches in the region, fostering unity and collaboration.
- Engage with the social, educational, business, and political communities of Exeter and the surrounding area to further the church's missional objectives.
- Represent Rediscover Church in public forums and events as needed.
- Collaborate with the Pastoral Lead, soon to be hired, and other church staff to ensure cohesive ministry efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A committed follower of Jesus Christ, with a deep understanding of and alignment with the mission and values of Rediscover Church.
- Elim ordination as a minister
- Proven leadership experience in a significant ministry or church setting, with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams toward a shared vision.
- Proven leadership of childrens and multi-generational ministry, including resourcing across regions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey the message of Jesus to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- Pastoral sensitivity and empathy, with the ability to guide people and delegate to the pastoral lead and ministry team, who will provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families in various life stages.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
