Job Summary
Exeter Network Church (ENC) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth and Students Leader to join their team. This role is responsible for leading and developing ENC's work with Youth and Students, with a focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop ENC's work with Youth and Students, including planning and implementing programs, events, and activities.
- Work closely with teams of volunteers to achieve the goals of the role.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to promote ENC's work with Youth and Students.
- Collaborate with the church staff team to achieve the overall vision of ENC.
- Develop and implement strategies to inspire, encourage, and equip the whole church to consider their part in seeing the vision for Youth and Students in Exeter become a reality.
Requirements
- Experience in youth and students ministry, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development, with a commitment to the values and mission of Exeter Network Church.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is graded from £25,000-£28,000 p/annum, depending on experience. Part-time candidates will be considered, and the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis.
