Key Responsibilities:
- As a Behaviour Support Worker, your role will be pivotal in promoting the well-being and development of the individuals you work with. Your responsibilities will include:
Behavioural Support: Implementing behaviour support plans designed to promote positive outcomes.
Personalised Care: Providing one-on-one support tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals as well as helping with general classroom management.
Skill Development: Assisting individuals in acquiring new skills and achieving personal milestones.
Emotional Support: Offering empathy, encouragement, and a listening ear to enhance emotional well-being.
