**What you’ll do**:
As an East Africa Safari Specialist, your goal will be to create outstanding tailor-made travel journeys.

As part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, consistently achieving monthly sales targets, and contributing to the development of the sales strategy and culture.

You should have a genuine passion for sales, excelling at customer interactions, and possessing a strong track record of successful sales and satisfied customers.

They are a small, dynamic team, with enormous potential, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their exciting future.

**What they’re looking for**:

- Must be passionate about East Africa and have experience in B2C African safari travel
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in African tourism, with a strong track record
- Excellent product knowledge of Tanzania and Kenya is essential
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer skills
- Sales team management experience is a plus
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Thrives in the sales process and goes the extra mile to close deals
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and effective communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Efficient multitasker with excellent prioritisation skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, process-flexible environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
