Part Time HR Admin

**Job Description**:
Due to our company going from strength to strength we are now looking to recruit a Part time HR administrator to support our Company Secretary. We are flexible on hours and which days, we can discuss at interview stage.
The main duties will be:
- Assisting with recruitment process
- Arranging new start paperwork, preparing, and conducting induction
- Ensure probationary reviews are conducted effectively and within required timescales
- Supporting internal and external enquiries related to HR department.
- Maintain holiday and sickness records.
- Support with management of employees bi-annual process
- Provide clerical and admin support to HR officer.
- Assist with ensuring HR policies, procedures Employee Handbook are updated in line with statutory.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Attend disciplinary, performance, grievance, and investigation meetings in the capacity of a note taker.
- Manage employee departures and conducting exit interviews.
- Support HR officer in delivering HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Sourcing and allocating relevant training to and for employees
