At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector is desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Client Finance team with daily banking, utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
- Perform credit control duties on behalf of the Property Management team
- Preparation of client finance reports for the Client Finance team
