About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial property portfolio, including facilities management, budgeting, service charges, utilities, regulation, health and safety, security, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including industrial and office buildings.
  • Oversee the management of utilities, including regular payments, issues, and liaison with procurement and finance teams.
  • Coordinate business rates management with our professional advisors and finance team.
  • Liaise with the finance team on processing contractor's and supplier's invoices and accounts, and ensure costs are properly allocated within the business.
  • Work closely with the Head of Estates on processing management functions created by acquisitions, disposals, and conversions.
  • Set up and maintain regular depot maintenance records, and liaise with maintenance contractors for various services.
  • Manage in-house facilities for three offices and building management systems.
  • Establish and maintain contracts for the smooth running of each property.
  • Liaise with the in-house Safety, Risk & Compliance Team to coordinate all associated items of legal compliance related to physical aspects of each property.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience of legislation and working practices relating to property management, and will be able to manage a portfolio efficiently and continuously look for improvement and innovation.
