The Role:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, centre management teams, and external stakeholders, including solicitors, letting teams, building surveyors, architects, and contractors.

· Foster a deep understanding of portfolio strategy and work closely with clients to identify opportunities to maximise income.

· Negotiate lease renewals and re-gears, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

· Drive letting strategy, taking into account tenant mix and market trends.

Key Attributes:

· The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Previous experience in property asset management or a related field is highly desirable, although applicants from agency, L&T, or PM backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
