Lynx UK Ltd, a local telecoms asset management and engineering company, has an opportunity to join our HR team on a part time basis, 25 hours per week as a Recruitment Assistant. Following successfully completing training the role would offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office in Andover.

Working along side colleagues in the HR team and managers across the company you will have proven recruitment & selection experience.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the coordination of hiring activities
- Prepare and post job adverts online on authorised job boards
- Prepare and post and keep up to date job adverts on company website
- Maintain and keep recruitment spreadsheets up to date
- Arrange interviews and keep calendars up to date
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite
- Take notes during the interviews
- Resolving interview cancellations
- Offering positions, verbally and in written format
- Making relevant employee folders
- Assisting with obtaining references for new employees
- HR tasks as an when required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 -25 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.29 per hour
