**Finance Administrator**

**Overview**:
Our client is a highly successful and well-established distributor near Paisley with an outstanding reputation of providing excellent customer service, professionalism and goods. They are looking for a dedicated and proactive Finance Administrator to jointheir close-knit team.

**Benefits and pay range**:

- £25,000 per annum. Full time, permanent position
- Hours Monday - Friday (office based) 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch, but can be flexible 7.30am - 4pm if preferred
- 25 days holiday (closed over Christmas and New Year) + bank holidays
- Bonus dependent on profitability of the branch
- Pension contribution up to 6%

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Process invoices, code, and date daily, reconcile delivery notes to invoices received,
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
- Enter through company bespoke system
- Manage customer returns
- Monthly summary reports
- On top of these duties manage the matrix to ensure all employees for H&S compliance have correct certification and set up training when renewals are due.
