Contract Scotland has a permanent opportunity for a finance administrator to join our client in the Glasgow area.
You will be responsible for supporting the cost supervisor and wider finance team to ensure invoices are accurate and service levels are achieved.
Duties include:
- Provide support to account teams and senior managers on various commercial matters.
- Producing and distributing cost report and ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Dealing with invoice queries and liaising with key stakeholders to resolve
- Develop strong working relationships with suppliers, colleagues and clients
- Liaising with other departments to obtain relevant information
- Carrying out associate administration tasks as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
