HR Manager Systems and Payroll

Reed HR are working with a Public Sector Organisation based in Central London to recruit a HR Manager - Systems & Payroll on a full-time, Permanent basis. Salary circa £36,500 - £45,000 per annum. This job operates on the hybrid working model with some daysworked in the office and the rest from home each week.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Provide support to all Stakeholders, and employees alike with any HR systems queries, ensuring all are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee implementation of any changes and updates to systems liaising with external providers. Carry out user testing, documenting processes and training where required.
- Oversee the timely and accurate operation of the payroll, pensions, and benefits administration for the organisation
- Checking accuracy of data input by other members of the HR team to ensure a smooth payroll run, resolving any issues as needed
- Oversee and support with employee data management, ensuring processes are in place to ensure compliance and quality assurance
- Lead on and complete accurate and timely HR reports, meeting various deadlines where required
- Support with any adhoc projects as required by the Line Manager
This is a professional and demanding HR Manager vacancy, that is very hands on and HR systems and Payroll focussed in nature. To be successful, it is essential that you have experience with leading on the management of a HR system, as well as monthly payrollruns.
