**Hamptons are hiring for a Receptionist in our Central London Head Office.**

This role will suit a highly organised, well presented individual seeking an office based role, hours from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

This role forms an important part of our Head Office team. Whilst the role primarily focuses on the smooth running of the Head Office, flexibility will be required to adapt to ever changing demands.

**Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcome and guide visitors
- Control visitor access - arrange access for external visitors with main reception and security and manage access passes for staff
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Handle inquiries
- Receive, sort, distribute and send post
- Keep reception area tidy
- Order office supplies and record and track office expenses
- Coordinate internal and external events, including Welcome to Hamptons, Training days, client and staff events, internal and external meetings
- Assisting with arranging meetings (room booking, inviting attendees, providing refreshments)
- Manage room-booking system
- General administration duties for the departments based at Head Office (post, invoices, ordering business cards, assisting with presentations etc.)
- Liaise with Building Management and Group Premises department about the maintenance of the Head Office floor
- Liaise with Group Health & Safety (keeping up to date with Company policy and procedures)

**To succeed in the role of Head Office Receptionist you will be**:

- Experienced in providing high level receptionist support
- Confident in handling queries
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable working independently
- Calm under pressure
- Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable liaising with Senior Staff: Directors and MD level
- Flexible to adapt to changing demands
- Creative and resourceful for organising events and incentives
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
