We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Receptionist to join our dynamic dental clinic. We are currently seeking a dedicated Head Receptionist to lead our front office operations and contribute to the success of our thriving dental practice at Dentaprime. If you have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess strong organisational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical protocols and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with other departmental leaders to promote interdisciplinary teamwork and communication.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse clinical metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dental administration or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
