In a nutshell
- Day to day management of web publishing across 4 public facing websites
- To manage the implementation of new online developments and enhance existing online facilities across the range of partners to improve site performance of Sainsbury's Bank

What you need to do
- Working in a group of Web Publishers, you will be responsible for ensuring the publishing of web content in an accurate manner that follows a defined set of principles and procedures
- This role will be responsible for identifying and recommending tactical and strategic online initiatives to improve site conversion and cross sales
- Develop and support channel integration opportunities
- Carry out customer journey reviews to determine and implement opportunities for improvement
- Responsible for business development with 12 key relationships to improve online performance.
- Manage the on-going development of existing products and support implementation of new products being introduced online
- Manage use of online reporting tool & database of online statistics, ensuring necessary reports are delivered on time.
- Investigate and analyse trends data & trends to identify improvements to increase online performance from 12 million site visitors per annum.

What you need to know and show
- Knowledge and experience of working with a content management system, preferably Teamsite or Sitecore
- A keen interest in the online environment
- Proven ability to influence suppliers and partners
- Awareness and understanding of sales, service and new product development.
- Experience in evaluation, delivery planning and managing implementation of multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects, dealing with internal and external suppliers
- Demonstration of strong customer orientation with ability to understand and deliver to customer requirements via the online the channel.
- Drive for results to deliver increasing levels of business, supporting customer and profit growth.
